Terms of Use

Last updated: 7 August 2026

Editorial note: these terms cover use of the website only — project work is governed by a separate written agreement. The registry details are correct, but have a lawyer review the wording before launch.

What these terms cover

This website is operated by CODIVINE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, a limited liability company registered in Poland under KRS 0001146954, NIP 6832143115, REGON 540450742, with its registered office at Czarnochowice 579/10, 32-020 Czarnochowice, Poland and share capital of 5 000,00 PLN.

These terms apply to your use of this website. They do not govern any project we carry out for you — that is always set out in a separate signed agreement covering scope, price, timelines, intellectual property, warranties and liability. Where the two differ, the project agreement takes precedence.

The content on this site

We write everything here in good faith and keep it current, but the site is general information rather than advice for your specific situation. Technology decisions depend on context we can’t see from here. Before acting on anything you read on this site, talk to us or to another qualified advisor.

Articles carry a publication date and, where relevant, a date they were last reviewed. Older articles may describe tools or practices that have since changed.

Intellectual property

The text, design, code, diagrams and brand elements on this site belong to Codivine unless stated otherwise. You’re welcome to quote or reference our articles with attribution and a link. Republishing substantial parts, or reproducing the design, needs our written permission.

Product and company names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are referred to descriptively.

Enquiries and estimates

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract, and nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Any indication of price or timeline given in early conversation is an estimate based on incomplete information; a binding figure only exists in a written proposal.

How we handle the personal data in an enquiry is described in the privacy policy.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, move or remove content at any time. Where we remove a page that had inbound links, we redirect it where it’s sensible to do so.

Links to other sites

We sometimes link to third-party resources because they’re useful. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability arising from project work is dealt with in the project agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law, and disputes arising from them fall to the Polish courts having jurisdiction over our registered office. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

Questions

If anything here is unclear, ask us — the contact page is the fastest route.
